There is no secret to what I do. I was in charge of Word Processing for a major Life Insurance Company nearly 20 years ago, and worked in word processing centers in two additional life insurance companies and one hospital. Using this experience, I have built a database of contact addresses for claims persons in positions to check computer files and "paper files" and other records for many life insurance companies, even for some that have closed or merged.
As soon as your authorization and check arrive, I begin generating requests on your behalf. I am prepared to contact over 405 different claim information centers. I ask each to send a written reply directly to you at your home address. After you have finished with them, I want you to send the replies to me to study, so I can see what kind of responses these folks are providing. I hope to learn from some of these responses how to better serve others in the future.

You could accomplish the same task by writing 460 individual letters, addressing them, and doing a lot of photocopying. Postage stamps alone would cost more than $180! My total fee, including document preparation, stuffing, printing, and mailing, is only $98.50.
While we can't guarantee you will find anything, hopefully one response may bring the information you had been seeking; if not, you will have greater peace of mind, knowing that a thorough search has been made, and no obvious benefits have been overlooked.
